About Course

The Food Hygiene Regulations require all food handlers to be supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters.

Hygiene courses are delivered in English and Turkish. The course has been conducted by food businesses across the United Kingdom for over 2 years.

School of Hygiene is registered training centre of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and is on a number of local authority lists of companies who offer food hygiene training.

Course

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety courses are delivered by School of Hygiene and seminar to caterers on the implementation of Safer Food  Better Business (SFBB).
